Welcome to Success Academy International! Please follow the steps below carefully to complete your child's online admission application.
1. Student's Basic Details
Class applying for: Select Daycare, Nursery, Kindergarten, or Grade 1 through Grade 6.
Student's name: Enter the child's full name exactly as it appears on official records.
Personal information: Select gender and enter the correct date and place of birth, nationality, religion, and any special needs.
Contact information: Provide an active telephone number and email address, where available.
Student photo: Upload a clear, recent passport-size photograph with a plain background.
2. Parent or Guardian Details
Father and mother: Enter their full names, telephone numbers, occupations, and other information requested.
Guardian: If the child lives with a guardian, provide that person's full details and relationship to the child.
Emergency contact: Enter a reliable person the school can contact when a parent or guardian is unavailable.
3. Address and Previous School Information
Current address: Enter the community, city, county, and a clear description of where the child presently lives.
Permanent address: Complete this section or select the option showing that it is the same as the current address.
Previous school: For transfer students, provide the previous school's name, address, last class attended, and reason for leaving.
4. Documents to Upload
Required records: Upload clear copies of the birth certificate or birth record, previous report card or transcript, and any other document requested by the school.
File quality: Make sure every document is readable and that the correct file is attached before continuing.
5. Review, Submit and Print
Review: Check all names, dates, telephone numbers, class selection, addresses, and uploaded documents.
Save: Save your progress if you are not ready to submit the application.
Submit: Submit the completed form only after confirming that all information is correct.
Print: After submitting, download and print the admission form. Keep the printed copy for checking the application status and completing the admission process.

REMINDER Submitting the online form does not automatically guarantee admission. The school may request an entrance assessment, document verification, interview, or additional information.
